My five-month project is ending in 23th, so it´s time to say goodbye,
and make a review about my time here!
if i have to say what is Finland's taste: I say it taste like pulla
How finland sounds? In my head sounds like Poets of the fall
My favourite places: Olavinlinna, Porvoo
My favourite city: Helsinki
The word i've heard the most: Mitä?
a funny coincidence: my name Isa is almost like father Isä
What was the hardest? can't be more closer cause of the language
Wha was the greatest? The week with the croatian visitors was great!
What has been the best discovery? Seppo!!!
Where have i been? Turku, Helsinki, Porvoo, Naantali, Tampere, Lahti, Hämeenlinna, Seinäjoki, Kokkola, Imatra, Savonlinna, Punkaharju, Mikkeli, Tankavaara, Rovaniemi, Sopukka, Riihimäki and of course Hyvinkää!
What would i like to take with me to Spain? Your way to respect anything.
What would i like to bring from Spain? Our grace in anything.
What have i missed here the most? Being closer with the people.
What am i going to miss from here? The facility to do whatever! and the apple pie!!
What was the most shocked thing? the silence.
me in finnish: Musta Kissa
A word that i'm not going to forget never: Silta
So let's keep it international is over, now start let's keep in contact!

Christmas time
hyvää joulua!!
Hi everyone, now we are in christmas time and this is really enough snow to me, but i know that more and more is coming, i don´t know if i should be afraid, but well, now is really beautiful, i came here to see this and is better that i imagine.
i have seen during my life loads of films about christmas, about santa claus with reindeers, snow, fir trees, but in my city although the christmas time is great, it isn´t like that, so now i feel like i´m inside of a christmas film and like i could see santa claus at any moment!!
on the other hand, is quite weird because is the first time that i´m going to spend my christmas out, but i´m speaking all the time about how is the spanish christmas time, how are our customs, what we eat, what we do, what we... so i´m really missing a lot now all my traditions and my family, but at the same time stay here talking about them makes me feel closer.
and is great see how different and similar we are with all this traditions.
so let´s share our christamas this time!!!!!!

Snow sweet snow
YES, I came to Finland because i wanted to see how is life surrounded by snow and at last i can see it, and is wonderful!
Everything is more beatiful if is cover by white snow as i imagine.
so far i can put up with your cold, even i think is refreshing, but let´s see how is going...-8* is Ok, - 20*...i´m not so sure.
Every finnish people that i speak with have told me that all the places that i can visit here are better in summer time, but i´m no sure about that, taking into account that i belong to where the summer is : ),for me this is like see how is the real winter so to me this is the best time to visit Finland! Absolutely!
As all of you can see i´m really excited about the snow and i can´t speak about other stuffs, but i can understand that for you is normal and is like every year so i´m trying to speak about other things.
mmm...
Ok, I have been here 3 months already!! i have seen the end of your summer, your autum and now your winter, which as you can suppose is my favourite. I have tasted differents kind of salmiakis, pullas,mämmi, finnish pancake,glögi,loads of differents Fazer; I have been in sauna and then swim in the lake and sauna and snow angel; I have travelled in differents cities and more travels are planning; I have done my first snowman, i have skied a bit...so i think i´m doing really well my intercultural knowledge, but of course i have lots of things to do still, i can´t come back to spain without go to Lapland and see the northern light, this is a dream and here it can become true.
and of course enjoying always in every Silta´s clubs, today Japanese international club!!
Next stop Naantali and Åland!
Discovering Finland adventure continue...

Saudade with the fog
Like you well know now in Finland there aren´t sun and snow neither so we have now only fog and rain, is a difficult season, and for me is really estrange, maybe for this i have felt my first homesick, so i think this time i´m going to speak a lot about my homeland:
Because i miss not only my people but their hugs. we are really warm people and we always touch each other continuously and for us is our way to feel that we are there for whatever that you need.
Even i am missing things that normally i don´t like when i am there, like the noise, this typical spanish noise that whatever you go, you can hear. People who speaks really out loud, exaggerate laughs, music, plates and glasses that sound in bars and restaurants, here i feel like i´m in silent all the time and all is quiet, even me, í feel myself quiet here and in silent, because normally i speak a lot everyday but here is different.
Is not bad,now i´m discovering other aspects of my personality and i´m learning a lot about my country and about my culture looking at yours.
If i could do the perfect mix i think that woudn´t miss: Sun,Pullas,Warm Hugs, your effectiveness, Fazer, Spanish food, Marianne candy, a bit of your peace and a bit of our grace, your lakes and our beaches.

...So much things to tell...
From where i can start???
this three last weeks were completely different between them and totally perfect.
the first one: "Croatia week"
it was really nice, i have met with lovely people from Croatia, now i have friends there and why not maybe one day i can go there to visit them, i have realized that spanish and croatian people are quite similar,we are mediterranean people and you can feel it. So was a good discovery! and i have seen several photos from their places and i´m looking forward to go there in person.
Besides this, in that week i have learn a lot about Finland, specifically about your education system, and i only can say: I´m completely jealous!!!! i want the same for Spain, please!!! i don´t know if you really know how fortunate you are, because you are.
I want to say that here young people have opportunities, and this is so necessary!
But i want to speak about other matter, that for me is shocking and again i prefer the finland way: piercings and tattoos
You can see whatever place, whatever profession, whatever job...boss,teacher,director...whatever.
And they can have piercings or tattoos and this doesn't mean that he/she is less responsible than other without it. Finish people doesn't think that wear them is bad for you appearance whatever your job are.
In Spain is completely different,we think, better said the most of the spanish people think that you can´t wear this kind of thinhgs if you have a important work, or if you want that people respect toy if better if you don´t have it. they don´t trust as the same way in a perosn who hasn´t any piercings like one who has it. I have to repeat that not everyone think like this, but the most of spanish yes,so is enough awful.
second week: "mid-term training"
if i thought that villa Elba was the heaven now i think that Sopukka is the paradise.
I spent paceful and relaxed days there, with other volunteers and was nice be with the nature remoted from the city and with really good chats, food, sauna and pool_perfect!
after that i visited Porvoo and it can be one of my favorite cities here,is like the rest and relax city.
third week: "special guest"
I have been travel around Finland, i have been in Lahti and around the Saimaa lake in Imatra, Punkaharju,Savonlinna and Mikkeli i have walked a lot, i have been lost in the middle on the forest, i have seen an awesome castle "Olavinlinna", I have seen a huge and beautiful lake and lovely nature, old cities, sauna again. I went to Helsinki again but i have seen different places, i have been in an island where the squirrels eat on your hand,an amusement park like movies, finish party where finally i danced sevillanas and salsa with a finish guy!, incredibles cathedrals again...and the list could be neverending but the best was that i didn´t do alone, i did it with a wonderful partner, Nacho.
And i´m here again with recharged batteries!!
P.s: i can´t forget that i have seen the first snow already here! Wonderful! but i have been more cold than in my life so...what is going to happend with me this winter??

Hi again
well, i´m here again, i´ve just arrived from Kokkola - Villa Elba, it was a volunteer training where i´ve met with others volunteers from differents countries, and from Spain also, now i have a lot of friends in Finland and i hope meet with them again. It was only a week, but it´s enough time for hit it off and the spanish group clicked as soon as we met, so now i miss them.

Villa Elba is so beautiful, as you can see in the photo, this is the wooden sauna and yes, i have been in a finnish sauna already! and i went to swim to the beach too!!!! i have tasted a lot of differents "pullas", and other typical foods that i can´t remember the name, now i know a little bit of finish: Minä olen Isa, olen espanjalainen and the numbers also:nolla, yksi, kaksi... and i think that i´m the only finnish volunteers that like salmiaki, so gradually i´m turn into a finish girl, maybe at the end of my evs i will be blonde with blue eyes, who knows?
I´m crazy about your mushrooms! they are really beautiful and colourful, in Spain the mushrooms are brown and small, so yours are funnier.

Some of us in the railway station waiting for our trains the last day.

Nautin Ajastana Hyvinkäällä
Moi!!!
well, here i am, i,ve been here for two weeks and all that i can say is good.
I love this kind of experiences where you can discover other cultures, ways of live and ways of think. While you´re learning all this, at the same time you learn a lot about yourself and this is great, i´m discovering a lot about myself and about my own culture.
You grow up in a city, in a country and you do a lot of things only because there is normal, but now i can see why i love this things or i can understand that other things i thought that they were necessary to me, to live, they weren´t!
that´s why this experience is so enrich myself.
before coming, i read a lot about finish culture and traditions. But it was only this, reading matters, now i´m here and i can see how you are really and my first impression is that you are really polite, charming and kind people. But your food timetables are impossible to me!! you have lunch and dinner so early and i have to become accustomed to this. Of course i miss the sun that in my country is the king and i can´t imagine the cold that is coming because your wheather now is more or less like my winter so...how is your winter!?? i´m really hesitate to see all cover by snow and to feel the nordic cold, i have to survive!.
Do you know what is the "siesta"? how sound the "flamenco"? how taste the spanish omelet? or how you can dance the "sevillanas"?
Well, in Spain there a lot of things absolutely interested to discover and i hope to show you all of them good, we have very good music, dances and humor. Amazings places and traditions really funny, and of course delicious food, so we have a lot to discover together.
that´s enough for today.
see you
